Who We Are

Adelante ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Adelante LLC. We provide software at runadelante.com and dashboard.runadelante.com that helps small businesses manage their online presence, marketing, and customer relationships from one dashboard.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information (such as name and email), service usage data, support communications, and integration metadata needed to provide core product functionality. When you connect third-party providers, we process only the information required to enable the features you request.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the service, process your requests, authenticate accounts, send and route communications, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Google API Data Use (Gmail)

If you connect a Google account, Adelante may request thehttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope to send emails on your behalf based on actions you configure or initiate in the product. This scope allows sending only and does not grant inbox read access. We use Google user data solely to provide and support this sending functionality, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain service security.

Microsoft Sign-In and Graph

If you connect a Microsoft account, Adelante may use Microsoft identity and Microsoft Graph permissions you authorize to sign you in and to send email from your connected Microsoft 365 mailbox. We process only the data needed for those features.

We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to operate the site and keep you signed in. We use PostHog to understand how the marketing site and product are used (pages viewed, feature usage, and error diagnostics). The PostHog project for this marketing site is separate from the PostHog project used in the Adelante dashboard. You can contact privacy@runadelante.com about analytics. Sharing and Subprocessors

We share information with trusted service providers who process data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, for example hosting, email, payments, analytics, and infrastructure vendors. The current list is on our Subprocessors page. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.

International Transfers

The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States.

Retention, Deletion, and Revocation

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data. You may revoke Google or Microsoft access at any time from that provider's account permissions or by disconnecting the integration in Adelante. Revocation may disable related sending features.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Current practices are described on our Security page.

Your Rights and Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise those rights, email privacy@runadelante.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to use Adelante. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, contact privacy@runadelante.com and we will delete it.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Adelante's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
