Security at Adelante

Adelante is operated by Adelante LLC. This page describes the controls we actually run today. It is a statement of current practice, not a certification.

What We Do Today

  • HTTPS and TLS on runadelante.com, dashboard.runadelante.com, and related Adelante hosts.
  • Access control is limited to the sole member and designated operators. Production access is not broadly shared.
  • Secrets and API keys live in environment variable stores, not in application source.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers (PAN).
  • Transactional and product email is sent through Mailgun on mg.runadelante.com.
  • Application hosting runs on Railway. Object storage uses AWS S3.
  • Cloudflare sits at the edge for DNS, CDN, TLS, and related protections.
  • Analytics and product diagnostics use PostHog. The marketing-site project is separate from the dashboard project.
  • Customers connect accounts through OAuth they authorize (for example Google and Microsoft) and can revoke those connections.

What We Do Not Claim

We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI certification for Adelante. This page is not an audit report. We describe operational practices, and we will update it as those practices change.

Vulnerability Disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue, email privacy@runadelante.com. That is the primary contact until a dedicated security mailbox is live. Please do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and respond. We also publish /.well-known/security.txt.
